207 - Track quests which require pre-work
Add the ability to track rep turnin quests (as opposed to dailys...)

This quests entails collecting 10 Zaxxis Insignies FIRST thn going and turnining them in
So it is never in the quest log and yet I would like to be reminded it is there and that I shuld be working in it and so it should also shown where the drops are as for any normal quest
Perhaps an interface into quest Guru would be ok - as this has history of quests
- I could then see a further enhancement where you could indicate how to restart an abandoned quest ...
I think this mainly applies to rep turn in quests
eg Marks of Sargeas (which has at least two quet turnin people I know of)

I think that goes firmly under "quest-like things", in that you don't actually have a quest that's immediately associated with it. But it is a good idea. It'll take a bit.
