286 - q-filter otherwise

would be cool to have the q-lvl-filter also otherwise. Like "don't show quests which are more than 2 lvls under my level". At the moment I use the tracker-filter for those quests but that's just not the best solution imho.

That exists already /qh level 5 or /qh level -5 depending on which way you want to go.
