374 - Map tooltip obscures area highlighting

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the map
2. Mouse-over an icon for a target that can be anywhere in an area
3. see that the object tooltip obscures the map in that area

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Instead of tooltips use a status bar at the top or bottom of the map.
Or at least let the tooltip timeout

What version of the product are you using?

Do you have an error log of what happened?

Please provide any additional information below.
Personally I hate tooltips, they are distracting and always in the way. But I understand that the majority of users like them.

Use /qh tooltip To turn it off.

This isn't really a bug... more like a suggestion.
