What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Turn in Raene's Cleansing, step 8 - Kill Ran Bloodtooth and 4 Bloodtooth Guards and return to Krolg near Lake Mystral.
2. Accept Raene's Cleansing, step 9 - Bring Ran Bloodtooth's Skull and Dartol's Rod of Transformation to Raene Wolfrunner in Astranaar.
3.

    Not sure if this got resolved with the Turtle Bisque 555 issues. I'll investigate more unless Zorba sees this and remembers off the top of his head.
