398 - [DATA] The Horn of Elemental Fury

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use the AddOn

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
For the quest "The Horn of Elemental Fury", QH tells you to kill Gorloc Dredgers instead of Chieftain Gurgleboggle for the Lower Half; you need to kill Gurgleboggle to get his key to get the lower half.  Also, the quest marker is not in the right location.

What version of the product are you using?
1.0.19

Do you have an error log of what happened?
No

Please provide any additional information below.
Nothing major wrong; just one quest that was programmed incorrectly.  Great mod otherwise!

    This was probably fixed by now by the new data importing and culling any old.
