404 - LAG!!! In version 1.0.23

Not getting an error per say but, since you made the CPU load changes in the 1.0.23 QH has been taking an insane ammount of time to load up. Sometimes as long as 20 min. Also the paths take forever to update. I will be done with a quest but QH will still be showing for me to go do the quest and the arrow won't update.

Also I've never seen this one before until now, some quests randomly change to a foreign language, I think it was spanish while the rest of the quests remained in English. It was the "Shadow Pendant" quest in Redridge.

    Many lag issues have been addressed. Fell free to post a new ticket if the current version still has a problem for you.
