It could be great to let the possibility of some controls on display/settings of unblocked objective in the quest tracker.

- When you have a dungeon quest (kill a boss for example) and completed it, an interrogative point pop up in the quest tracker of QuestHelper2 with a little sound but in this context, most of the times you don't be enough carefully about that and forget it.

  If this event could have a blinked icon (more than currently) or have a message in floating combat text which could be exploited bye some addons (MSBT, parrot etc.), it will be really helpful.

+ In addition, this icon/quest title isn't clickable (I tried to when I was out of combat of course). This feature will be a great enhancement of the Quest Tracker in my opinion.

  Yes, you'r right, I'm talking about question mark. l The QuestHelper 2 in-game feature about it isn't really reactive.

  I'm going to take a wild guess here, and say you're talking about a question mark when you're saying interrogative point. (? = question mark, ! = exclamation point) If I'm wrong, feel free to ignore this.
