Small half action bars which collapse into a single button when used. /qb or /quickbars to open GUI options panel.
Bars can be hidden, dragged around the screen, and locked in place. options for radial and linear layouts, and expansion in 4 directions.
Intended to be supplemental to standard action bars.

As a paladin, I also use pallyinstantcast, which adds text to the buttons when a proc occurs - would it be possible to incorporate support for any of the cooldown mods out there?
