This mod is a little enhancement I wrote for the popular addon "MapNotes (Fan's Update)". <file type="tooltip">4116</file> I love the mod, the only thing I dislike about it is the fact that it takes to many clicks to insert a new note of which you already know the coordinates (as found on Thottbot, WowHead, etc.)

QuickMapNotes makes a end to this.

Open the window using /qmn (or, even more convinient, macro it), fill in a name for the note and paste the coordinates. For all other mapnotes function you should still be using the original menu's.

There is little to non error checking in the coords box. You can enter coords in 2 ways; XX,YY (comma separated) or XX.YY (dot separated) any other characters in that box *will* result in a error.

It will only work with "MapNotes (Fan's Update)". If you use any other coord mod QMN does nothing.

UPDATE:

I've been away from WoW for quite a while and haven't really bothered with the mod anymore. There will be no future updates to it, at least not from my hand. If Someone wants to pick it up and modify/update it, be my guest :-)
