A simple and light-weight AddOn that provides a small, customizable frame that allows targets to have raid target icons placed on them. (e.g. skull, x, moon, circle, etc)

Slash commands: /raidicons /ri
Usage: /raidinfo option value
Example: /raidicons scale 0.75

Options:
hide - hides the raidicons window
show - shows the raidicons window
scale - sets the raidicons window scale (0-1.0)
orientation - sets the orientaion of the icon frame vertically or horizontally. (0 for vertical, 1 for horizontal)
minalpha - set the transparency amount used when the mouse is not over the RaidIcons frame (0-1.0)
maxalpha - set the transparency amount used when the mouse is over the RaidIcons frame (0-1.0)
fade - set whether or not to fade the RaidIcons frame when the mouse isn't over it (0 - no fade, 1 - fade)
resetpos - resets the position of the RaidIcons window
hardreset - resets all settings to defaults and reloads the user interface.
