Remove special case support for shaman flame shock duration adjustment after fire nova since no longer needed.

Updated to use new Masque API. This should fix the dependency issues that appeared with recent versions of Raven and Masque. It also means that you can now assign different skins to each bar group, if you want to, using the Masque options panel.

Fix one more background size issue with maximum bars/icons enabled.

Change options captions and tooltips related to internal cooldowns to reflect that they can detect healing spells as well as buffs/debuffs.

Addressed issue with dependency specification for Masque that could result in Raven not recognizing that it is loaded.

Fixed bug in background panel sizing when maximum bars/icons option is enabled.

Add Test Mode options on the Layout tab that let you specify how many bars/icons to display and whether you want timers to refresh after counting down so that they don't disappear automatically. Also, added a button that lets you toggle test mode so you don't have to use the unlocked anchor anymore.

Add Cast By option for "Player Or Pet" when specifying buffs and debuffs in auto bar groups.

Add a couple more tests related to allowing delay time of 0 for hide and fade options. Also, don't fade ready bars since can now set ready bar opacity separately from that of faded bars.
