123 - Missing Nature's Swiftness CD (Druid)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Nature's Swiftness does not show up in the list as an option under druid cooldowns.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Currently having to band aid a solution by using the Shaman cd to show my Druid's NS cd.

What version of the product are you using?

r176

This will be fixed in the next release. I had logic for buffs and debuffs to prefer the player's own class when initializing those tables but forgot to include it for cooldowns.
