76 - Rapture internal's cooldown

- What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
An added ability to track the internal cooldown of the Priest's proc 'Rapture'.

- Please provide any additional information below.
This addon (http://www.wowace.com/addons/ingelasrapture/) currently does it, and it's so similar to Raven that I thought Raven should have the same feature.

    This is now included in the ticket for trinket internal cooldowns, which has been expanded to include spell internal cooldowns. Thank you for the reference to the other addon.
