32 - Error message

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Do you have an error log of what happened?
When I go to the character screen and left click to open export screen I use the command ctl-c. I then right click icon in character screen and right click load from rawr. I then use the command ctl-v and I get an error message that states “Invalid Rawr data entered checked copied data from rawr to the clipboard using ctl-c” Can you please give me some ideas of what to do next.
