7 - Skill difficulty coloring outdated for some skills

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. View skills in Browse tab

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Skills should be colored by appropriate crafting 'difficulty'. Some skills have changed such as some of the cooking skills, example being Tender Wolf Steak which heads towards grey much earlier than before.

What version of the product are you using?
3.0.2 alpha 8

    I suspect I got this bug in the newest release. If not, open a new ticket.

    Believe this will be fixed in alpha 9 - I'm not storing any info about when the difficulty changes for crafting items - only what's reported by the UI as to the *current* difficulty. However, I've improved RecipeBook's tracking in this regard so I'll be interested to know if it's still being misreported.
