Recipe Radar

Recipe Radar assists players in finding recipes. It knows about vendors who sell recipes in the current region or by profession. It has a number of filtering options and can even locate vendors on the world map.

Tips:

  • There are two "tabs": the main "radar" tab and one that searches by profession!
  • You can bind a key to Recipe Radar through the main menu!
  • There are lots of filtering options - use the dropdowns to customize Recipe Radar!

Yes, I filed the bug with libbabble-faction so they would fix that. The current release should not have this problem any longer, as I updated to the latest faction release in it already.

    Hi,

I'm using the German WoW client. When starting the game, I'm getting the following error:

Message: ...ecipeRadar\libs\LibBabble-Zone-3.0\LibBabble-3.0.lua:47: LibBabble-Faction-3.0: Translation "Guild" not found for locale "deDE" Time: 12/01/11 01:03:44 Count: 1 Stack: ...ecipeRadar\libs\LibBabble-Zone-3.0\LibBabble-3.0.lua:47: in function <...ecipeRadar\libs\LibBabble-Zone-3.0\LibBabble-3.0.lua:28> Interface\AddOns\RecipeRadar\RegionData.lua:205: in main chunk

    Locals: <none>

When deactivating Recipe-Radar, the error no longer occurs.

After manually updating LibBabbel-Faction to r153 the issue was fixed.

I've downloaded the maps as they currently appear, but Blizzard broke all the zones into tiny pieces, where as recipe radar expects a single image for a zone. I'm trying to figure out the best way to handle this difference.

I have loved this app since it first came out and I'm so happy that you're resurrecting it. I do have one problem, the little recipe icon shows up in the map area of the app when it's open, but the map itself does not. I removed all other apps to check if it was something else interfering with RR, and it would seem as if that is not the problem. Any ideas?

Hm, the 4.2 version has some issues, but it's a good start. I'll fix them up (Primarily it is marking some "Future available" recipes incorrectly as not applicable).

I'm working on resurrecting this mod. If anyone wants to join in and help, let me know. I'm using wowinterface for the SVN repo.

i've forked the repository, and you can grab a branch and hack away to yr heart's content here.

we really need a bug tracker though. perhaps i should set one up offsite?

if anyone else would like editing rights, just ask.
