Same as the other raid screenshot, except that we've got a lot of buffs and debuffs here that make my screen look messy. I usually don't target people when healing, though, so those two frames then aren't there ;)

The options menu, accessible through Esc > Interface > AddOns > Rewatch, or typing /rewatch options. The dimention settings are split to the sub-screen.
