Realm Gold totals the gold of all of your characters in the realm, and displays it in a movable money frame. The two factions are totaled separately.

Reverting to defaults in the interface options now re-centers the money frame. Interface options can be accessed by typing /rgold and clicking on Realm Gold.
Please make sure to choose "These Options" when prompted, otherwise all of your addons will be reset.
