AtlasLoot is a great tool, but it has some limitations by design. It is primarily an addon module for atlas, hence it is organized by instance and boss. It can be very time consuming to look through the system finding your upgrades.

To assist with this, RhadaTip now includes a new feature for scanning the AtlasLoot database. The feature uses a slash command (/rt upg):

/rt upg <itemlink>

RhadaTip will scan the database looking for items of the same type. When an item is found, its dps is calculated, and if it is an increase, it is reported back to you along with where you can find it. There are some limitations currently. Only equal items are compared. This means 1-handed sword will not be compared against 2-handed swords. Tier gear is filtered for classes but pvp gear is not. Eventually this will be improved and expanded upon.

Obviously, but has to be pointed out. AltasLoot MUST be installed in order for this to function.

Theres another little secret function thats only mentioned here. Try /rt zone when you enter a dungeon or instance.
