6 - Tiptac compa-possible culprit

I tried playing with option in tiptac and i think i might found out the culprit for it-its in Itemref option - "Show itemLV and ID"

    I believe I have this issue corrected. The problem had to do with tooltips created by TipTac in the background that didn't have anything in them. RhadaTip was attempting to read info out of those tips.

    Give it a shot and let me know!

    Unfortunately the problem is a bit deeper i believe. I'm still looking to see what I can do. Even if RT could read the data, RT can't write it back to the visible tip.

    I also do not want to write a huge amount of specific code to support a single addon.
