7 - Enhancement Shaman
Here is the proper priority scheme for Enhancement shaman in 3.0+ (taken from elitistjerks.com research):
1 - Lightning Bolt if the player has 5 stacks of Maelstrom Weapon buff
2 - Storm Strike (when not on cooldown)
3 - Earth Strike (when not on cooldown)
4 - Lava Lash (when not on cooldown)
Essentially always do whatever is highest on that list at any given time.
Also need the ability to confirm an elemental shield is up (a watched buff, I guess). Would be best to let people choose between water shield and lightning shield as some people don't use lightning shield until further in end-game when mana is less of an issue.
