Fixes a problem with the "align buttons" routine; WOW 2.2 made a change that rendered an assumption I was making invalid.

What was particularly annoying was a comment in my code that read "If Blizzard changes this, then this code will break, and they will probably do so about 3 weeks after I write this". It took them less than 3 weeks... grin!

Updated TOC so that 2.2 patch recognizes the plugin as current.

Added buttons for pets -- because pets need love too.

Removed some leftover debugging messages.

Fixed messages that appear when you change a spell name to properly display the spell that will be cast.

Added ability to specify a different set of 4 spells to cast on enemy mobs. Handy for firing off a damage spell, or stunning mobs that are about to heal themselves (why, the very idea!)

Added a few events to the list of events that trigger hiding/showing of buttons, to avoid "hanging" buttons.
