Rotate is a graphical Rotation Helper for Death Knights, that informs you about when you can use what abilities and uses a combination of a custom user rotation and it's own wicked logic to determine what skill you should possibly use next, considering rune cooldowns, ability cooldowns, death rune usage and remaining disease uptime.
