What steps will reproduce the problem?

I moved a character from one account in WoW to a new account of mine. I have two separate RPGOutfitter accounts, one for each account and so I deleted "Britz" from my jdmaddison account at RPGOutfitter, but I can not add it to RPGOutfitter under my catspawn account.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expected to see my "Britz" character with the rest of my toons on the second account (which is always run from a separate workstation).

Instead, the character does not show up under either account.

What version of the product are you using?

Latest version from Curse.com.

Do you have an error log of what happened?

RPGO is convinced the character is not Catspawn's and therefore does not try to send it to the web site.
