1 - Blocked Alliance Vanguard Rep.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Reputation Monitor
2. Run Heroic dungeon with no tabard on
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output is to earn Alliance Vanguard rep while running heroics with no tabard on.  Instead, no reputation is earned.

What version of the product are you using?
3.0.2.4

Do you have an error log of what happened?
No

Please provide any additional information below.
I diagnosed this by removing all addons, and adding them back in one at a time until the culprit was found.
