19 - Procs, States Watcher, and Cooldown Watcher
What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
1. Split up the watchers so there is 3 separate movable boxes.
2. Add the ability to change the size of the 3 watchers.
3. Currently cooldown watcher's placement window is always visible hopefully it will be invisible once the final version is ready
Please provide any additional information below.

I was hoping it would be more like jim's cooldown pulse ( http://www.wowinterface.com/downloads/info4511-JIMsCooldownPulse.html ) or this new version, which I believe is similar to JIm's, called doom cooldown pulse ( http://wow.curseforge.com/projects/doomcooldownpulse/ )

Can you elaborate? The Green part? The other part is the cooldown window and shows your cooldowns as they cool (Will have a better graphic later).
