What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

An alternate compact skin/layout for the rune tracker that would just be in the form of a bar. The layout could be sort of like an altered version of the classic skin with the RP indicator globe at one end, and a meter with that fills as RP increases, with the Rune icons imbedded in the bar (like how it is handled with the current classic skin, except in a straight bar). The overall purpose of this is to streamline the layout into something that can rest comfortably on top of actionbars to give the whole interface a more natural look.

I think this format would be the least obtrusive, putting the important information a player needs right next to or on top of where they could make the best use of it. At the same time the sleeker layout would integrate more easily into their existing interface, creating only a minimal obstruction on the field of action.
