Overview

Achievement are an interesting part of World of Warcraft, but sometimes it get's boring to write "gz" to your guild members every five minutes. And if one doesn't do it... someone's always annoyed.

So here's an addon that does simply one thing. It posts a message to your guild channel when anyone (except you) gains an achievement. (If one gains multiple achievements at once, there will be only one message for all achievements, though.)

Two messages are builtin and one can easily add and remove these with slash commands (see "/sagz help") for more information about the availabe commands). The Addon will take one random message from your message list and post it to the guild channel.

Todo

- Add a preferences page

  • Enable / Disable message sending
  • Whisper message / Sent message to guild channel

- Allowing special messages for certain achievements / achievement categories

- Check wether the own character has gained the achievement already or not for messages like ("I did it on... but hey, you're cool" or "Even I haven't done that yet, you're freaking good")

- Yell on certain achievements to let everyone around you know how cool your guild members are
