Scrap (Junk Seller)

72 - Not Junk List is not working

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Manually add an item to the not junk list (I tried with Stormchops, ID: 33866)
2. Log into the game, view the scrap Not Junk list
3. List is empty and item still gets sold

What is the expected output?
See the item on the "Not Junk" list

What do you see instead?
List is empty

What version of the product are you using?
