This addon listens to the combatlog and its events to show a moveable progressbar which gives you an impression on how long your target will remain shackled. Tested with WoW Client version 3.0.3

Two sound files are included. You can replace them by your own - but the names must be the same, and the first one must be 10 seconds in duration. If you want to disable sound, use the config.

It is supposed to be small footprint. Low overhead, not a lot of stuff.

Use this macro and put it on a button to make a focused shackle. Then you can press the button to reshackle even if your target is a different one:
