120 - Default priority shows priority 9 and 11 blank

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load default priority list

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Priority 9 and 11 are blank by default because those spots are supposed to be for Fire Elemental and Fire Nova.

What version of the product are you using?
5.24

Do you have an error log of what happened?
Nope.

Please provide any additional information below.
Took me a while to figure out what these were and why they're blank. You've disabled Fire Nova and Fire Elemental from the priority list until patch 3.3 drops, but they still load as a part of the default priority until then. Possibly remove them from the default priority list until patch drops using an if statement?
