288 - Shock, FS Dot, Wind Shear bars randomly disappear

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Cast Flame Shock, Earth Shock, Wind Shear
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
For any of the (3) spells above, the bar will display briefly and then instantly disappear.

When I am able to have flame shock active on a target, one of the following happens when I cast a spell:
1) the FS Dot and Shock bars will both disappear.
2) the FS Dot bar will remain active, but the shock bar will disappear

This behavior is entirely random.  Sometimes I can repeatedly produce it and then other times all the bars will just work ask expected.

What version of the product are you using?
v6.11 (r637)

Do you have an error log of what happened?
There are no errors produced when this occurs

Please provide any additional information below.
I have un-installed the addon and deleted any associated saved variables files as well.  This didn't seem to make a difference.
