57 - EnhSim export needs update

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Download EnhSim 1.6.8
2. Do a /saa export in game, Ctrl+C the result and put it in an EnhSim config file
3. Run EnhSim with that config file

EnhSim issues an error message with the following text:
These options were missing:
melee_haste
spell_haste
set_bonus1
set_bonus2
set_bonus3
gloves_enchant
cloak_enchant

Product versions:
SAA 4.22
EnhSim 1.6.8

I believe that EnhSim has updated its config format and created new parameters, which ShockAndAwe should now export.

    Update: in step 3, I actually meant "Run EnhSimGui with that config file".
