79 - Dual spec support

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
I would love to see a dual spec talent change detection where i can enable disable S&A depending if i have an enhancement spec or a resto or ele spec where i use other mods.

Please provide any additional information below.

    Initial support is in the code at present however when this feature was introduced the events that fired on changing of spec was bugged. I'll need to look at this again as I assume it might be fixed by Blizzard by now.

    Meantime you can disable and enable SAA manually.
