94 - Display only Water Shield Bar for DualSpec

once dualspec is fully supported (i saw another ticket for this):

I use ShockAndAwe also for healing in raids and arenas, because i really like the water shield bar.
So it would be nice to add a option to disable anything else (or every bar individually, e.g. the priority frame) when not being melee specced.

    You can already disable or enable every bar individually and you can disable the priority frame. So I'm not sure why this is required now?
