First commit of an addon that actually does something. It's by far and by no means close to done. Consider this your warning: This code is somewhere between pre-alpha and alpha.

Changes:
Went from no addon to an addon that automatically barks your trade professions.
Currently no options to change your barks or much of any other setting. Basic on/off functionality.

To do:
Finish options screen and add profile selection, test the Faction/Capital check on an Alliance character, rewrite and finish the FIRST_RUN frame, write the whisper listener half of the addon, localize the addon, document the addon and code (though most code is already documented for my own sanity), tidy up a few minor features (play sound on bark).
