  Ok, figured out what causes the problem. It does nothing with the other nameplate addons, its about the inbuild Blizz option for StickyTargeting.
- So normally I used wow without stickytargeting for years. Thats why I got the bug on double clicking on nameplates: target the mob on first click of doupleclick then the second click detargets it so SRTI circle cant show up. When I set it to Stickytargeting the first click of the doulbeclick targets the mob and on the second click brings up the STRI circle correctly.
