What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Log in as a DK with blood presence selected as a self buff
2. cast blood presence using the downward scroll of your mouse wheel

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected - cast spell, then remove image from box to cast next (also don't prompt that I need that spell)

Actual - SmartBuff acts like that spell isn't active.

What version of the product are you using?
3.0f dev1 + fubar plugin (no version info on curse client)

Do you have an error log of what happened?
Nope

Fairly sure this isn't new.  I think this happens in the 3.0 release version too.
