22 - Many states from Misc category do not trigger mp3 files

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Assign an mp3 file to mount ground
2. Assign an mp3 file to mount flying
3. Assign an mp3 file to Flightpath

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The assigned mp3 will play. Nothing happens.

What version of the product are you using?
1.28

Do you have an error log of what happened?
No, there's no error message, the music is simply not being triggered by many events in the Misc category

Please provide any additional information below.
Assigned zone music plays just fine eg. Ogrimmar - The Drag

    Some of the events listed in Misc are no longer being registered because they're not in the .lua files. I believe csciguy is working to add them back.
