- Now checks other chat filters before injecting queued whispers back in to the system.  This should make it more compatible with AddOns such as IgnoreMore.

- Fixed a bug where the first message from a person who would be blocked on the level filter would indeed be blocked, but subsequent messages from the same person would not be filtered.  Silly Kebian.
