14 - Add for french realms

What does the provided patch do?

It will help SpamMeNot filter more goldsellers in french realms

Please provide any additional information below.

As I already wrote in the comments, by addind these lines, my english client does filter every goldsellers that have posted true the trade channel.

    ["%s*.luckygolds.*%s"] = 80,
    ["%s*happygolds*%s"] = 80,
    ["%s*.ssegames.*%s"] = 90,
    ["%s*.fastgolds.*%s"] = 80,
    ["%s*.pkpkg.*%s"] = 110,

    Thanks for your input. I try to avoid listing actual sites in the filters where possible and instead try to detect speach patterns. Le problem est mon francais est tres mauvaise et j'ai besoin d'un traducteur :)
