136 - Request - Spellflash on @targettarget macro

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

Question - I use a cast macro:

/cast [@targettarget, harm, nodead][@mouseover, harm, nodead][@target, harm, nodead][] Moonfire

so I can target the MT and not worry about aggro on a mob the tank isn't targeting.  Is there a change I can make to Spellflash that enables Spellflash to spell-highlight based on my target's target when my target is friendly?

Also posted to the druid module as I'm not sure which is the more appropriate place.
