5 - I Think you forgot to include the LibActionButton library

Ahem...  I gotta ask...  Did you forget to include the required LibActionButton-1.0 library in your addon download file???  In my case this library doesn't exist anywhere in my Interface/AddOns folder, and neither is it in the addon file.

This is the error that consistently occurs with versions 1.41 through 1.43 of your addon:
