What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I have to click the macro command twice to get the weapons to swap with the next set in the stancesets list.  

If the next set is set up for dual wield 1h weapons, the off hand weapon equips, then immediately unequips back into my bags, leaving me with just my main hand equipped.

What version of the product are you using?
v. 3.0

Do you have an error log of what happened?
No error log or lua error is reported from what I've seen.

Please provide any additional information below.
The having the click the macro command twice happens reguardless of the situation I am in.  

The equip/unequip of the off hand weapon normally happens when I am not in combat, though it has happened while in combat as well.
