This is just a fixed version of StatusBars, the old school unitbar mod from the good old days. The original author has been gone for a long long time, but StatusBars was able to survive patch after patch until 3.02 where the variable for combo points was changed (for no good reason that I can tell).
Especially nice for when you play your rogue and want an easy combo point display.
