Missing Water or Glow Effects
As of patch 5.0, viewport resizing appears to distort the water effects and ambient occlusion in DirectX 9 mode with Multisampling enabled. Unfortunately this is something that blizzard will need to fix and applies to all "viewport" addons.
If you are experiencing problems with patches of water missing or shadows and lighting effects being displaced, these instructions will help you out.
Do any ONE of the following:
- Use DirectX 11 mode. If possible, this is the best all round fix. Setting can be found in System > Advanced
- Disable Viewport Resizing, If you just want the graphic panels, this is the next best option.
- Reduce Water Effects to Fair if you have water missing. Set SSAO to Disabled if you have displaced lighting effects.
- Reduce MSAA (Multisampling) to x1. This is the last resort, it makes your graphics look a little "blocky".
Black bar in the sky on Mac client
Run World of Warcraft in OpenGL mode to resolve this. Add the following to your config.wtf file: SET gxApi "opengl"
Art Packs are not available?
Make sure the art packs are installed in your addons folder, NOT in the SunnArt folder
There is a DataBroker launcher available here: SunnArt - Launcher
