TalentSaver

A simple mod that has a talent panel similar to the existing one.
two buttons, the only real important button is "Save"
It will copy your talents out to disk and then the next time your talents
get wiped out you can pull them up and ideally copy them right into Blizzard's
talent panel.
Basically this will localize the process for many people that rely on either pencil
and paper or print screen of either armory or of WoW.
Eventually I would like to add multiple talent spec saves, but for now it operates
on the main currently active talent.

    Ok so where's the upload button... Hrmm, development stage says planning, I already did that, it's ready to go!
