2 - Gramatical fixes, UTF-8
Gramatical fixes and more accurate translations, converted to UTF-8. Have an issue with numerical codes of accents in spanish, that makes the announces to not show. For this i change the encode of file and now is displaying the messages(in ansi encoded files the accents not work in wow unless you use the numerical ones). Maybe this happens to french files too? or other languages with special characters. Sorry for my poor english :P.
