5 - Initial positioning

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
The initial positioning of TargetCharms could be choosen better to ensure reachability despite other addons. A good position would be smack in the middle of the screen.

Please provide any additional information below.
The top of the screen is often used by addons, including often used ones (FuBar, Titan Panel) and as such getting to TC's frames can be hard. Indeed, I had to temporarily disable Titan Panel to reach the ready check button. The middle of the screen, however, is where the character is situated and as such people tend not to put addons there.
