Is there a way to change this to work for MoP enchants? Like Dancing Steel on both weapons? I changed the spell ID for both buttons to track to Dancing Steel, but currently only one button shows up regardless if one or both procs are active.
I should clarify some more. The same buttons shows up regardless if one or both are proc'd. If only 1 is proc'd and it has 3 seconds left, and the second one procs, the same button just refreshes it's duration timer to match the second proc.

Cybeloras AuthorWith a little crafty use of conditions and sorting, TellMeWhen is capable of tracking two instances of the same proc in two different icons. The most practical application for this is when you want to separate procs from weapon enchants such as Landslide.
This groups contains two icons. The first will always be used when you have at least one proc active, and the second will be used when you have both active.
